  • Financial Information: Bank account or GCash details for daily payouts from delivery orders.
  • Transactional Data: Information related to dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders processed through our POS system, including sales history and reports.

B. Information from End-Users (Customers)

When customers place orders through the BizEats Delivery Application, we collect:

  • Personal Information: Name, delivery address, and phone number to fulfill orders.
  • Order Information: Details of the food and drinks you order, order time, and any special instructions.
  • Location Data: We may collect location data to track delivery status in real-time.

  • Provide and manage our POS and Delivery services.
