Refund Policy

At BizEats, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for both our restaurant partners and their customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services and delivery orders.
1. For Customers (Food Delivery Orders)
A. Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an order with missing items or incorrect food items, please contact us immediately through the app or our support channels. We will verify the issue with the restaurant and may offer a partial refund for the missing/wrong item or a voucher for your next order.
B. Food Quality Issues
The restaurant partner is solely responsible for the quality and preparation of the food. However, if you receive food that is unsafe or significantly different from the description, please provide photo evidence. BizEats will mediate with the Merchant to facilitate a refund if the claim is valid.
C. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if the restaurant has not yet accepted or started preparing it. Once food preparation has begun, refunds are generally not available as the ingredients have already been utilized.
2. For Merchants (Software & Hardware)
A. Subscription Fees
Monthly Platform Support Fees are non-refundable. If you choose to terminate your service agreement early, you may be liable for the remaining fees of your contract term as per your signed Service Agreement.
B. Hardware Defects
Hardware provided (Tablets/Printers) is covered by a standard warranty for defects. If your device malfunctions due to manufacturing issues, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Damage caused by negligence, spills, or drops is not eligible for a free replacement or refund.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (if paid online) or via GCash/Bank Transfer. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
